Gravity and Weight
Mass is the amount of space an object takes up. We know that an object's mass does not change, but it's weight can change depending on the gravitational pull. The greater the gravitational pull, the greater the weight. Because there is micro-gravity in space, it is difficult for astronauts to exercise their muscles, since weights are virtually weightless. But it is very important for astronauts to do resistance exercise to strengthen muscles.
